The 2009 Anhinga Writers’ Studio Summer Workshops are now over, but the marble halls of the Hilton still echo with laughter and the companionable chatter of old and new friends from all over the United States who crept from behind their keyboards and came to Gainesville, Florida in search of the tribe. They found us.
We worked hard, met the people whose books we read, studied well, wrote worthily, took writing to whole new levels, and launched careers into the firmament. Our email is overflowing with ample proof that a “good time was had by all.”
